Sales Associate Recognized as a top producer and consummate professional in a career that has spanned 25 years, Leta was the owner of a major real estate firm in the Houston Galleria area prior to moving to Rockport 9 years ago.  After completing her home on Key Allegro Isle, she shifted her focus to listing and selling premier homes on the waterfronts and the fairways of Rockport’s most prestigious neighborhoods.

 

Leta blends her extensive background in marketing with a strong commitment to personalized service.  Buyers benefit from her product knowledge and attention to detail, and a broad customer base contributes to her ability to produce results for sellers.  She attended the University of Texas and has honed her creative writing skills at Rice University’s Continuing Education program and the Santa Barbara Writer’s Conference in California.  Over and above her full-time commitment to residential real estate, Leta is a marketing writer for Sotheby International Real Estate and a variety of industry publications.

 

In tandem with her business career, she is active in community affairs.  While in Houston, she served on the boards of St. Anthony Center Hospital and Tributes to Business Women, and chaired committees for organizations such as March of Dimes, United Cerebral Palsy, Prevention of Blindness and Citizens for Animal Protection.  She was the associated producer of the Apollo 11 Extravaganza, was appointed to the Texas Film Commission and was recognized by the Houston Post as one of the 25 Most Outstanding Female Leaders in the City.  In Rockport, Leta is a former trustee and past President of the Texas Maritime Museum and is a consistent volunteer for both the museum and the Humane Society of Aransas County.
